Speech by Chairman & CEO – Le Phuoc Thi, MD at the Gala Dinner Celebrating the 20th Anniversary of NAVIVA Nam Hung Viet and the 22nd Anniversary of NAVIVA Tuong Khue during June 19, 2026 – Nha Trang City, Vietnam.

“Dear members of the NAVIVA Group family,

Today, as I stand before the NAVIVA family to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nam Hung Viet and the 22nd anniversary of Tuong Khue, I am truly moved.

This is not merely a milestone in time.

It is an opportunity for us to reflect on a long journey we have shared—a journey filled with hope, periods of great hardship, achievements we are proud of, and countless challenges that at times made us feel we could not move forward.

More than 22 years ago, when I embarked on this journey, I was simply a sales representative stepping into the role of company director with only a handful of employees.

We had very limited capital.

I had virtually no management experience.

I had to handle almost everything myself.

From sales and market expansion to recruitment, partner negotiations, and resolving the daily challenges that arose.

To build the NAVIVA we know today, I traveled to nearly every province across Central Vietnam, the Central Highlands, Southern Vietnam, and the Mekong Delta.

There were days when I was on the road from early morning until late at night.

Meals were often hastily eaten by the roadside.

Business trips sometimes lasted for many consecutive days.

And there were countless moments when continuing seemed almost impossible.

There were periods when we simply had no products available to develop the market.

There were products into which we had poured tremendous dedication and effort, only to ultimately discontinue them.

There were times when the market fluctuated dramatically and our sales declined severely.

There were moments when many employees resigned simultaneously.

And there were nights when I sat alone asking myself:

“Should I stop?”

Yet every time those thoughts arose, I thought about the people working alongside me.

I thought about the families who placed their trust in this work.

I thought about every colleague who had chosen to walk this journey with the company, and I realized that giving up was never an option.

Because behind every business are not merely numbers.

Behind every business are people.

Trust.

Responsibility.

And it was through those years that I gradually came to understand the true meaning of the work we do.

Throughout more than two decades, what has kept me moving forward has not merely been the goal of growing a business. What has sustained my perseverance is the belief that the products, services, and solutions NAVIVA provides contribute meaningfully to protecting the health of our communities.

Dear colleagues,

Over the past few days, as I read the stories shared through the program “20 Years – 20 Stories,” I was deeply touched.

I realized that NAVIVA is far more than just a workplace.

For many, it is where a part of their youth is preserved.

It is where they have grown.

It is where colleagues have become lifelong friends and even family.

Many among us have devoted five, ten, fifteen, or even more than twenty years of their lives to this company.

Some have accompanied NAVIVA through prosperous times.

Others chose to stay during its most difficult chapters.

In particular, when reflecting on the days of COVID-19, I feel even greater pride in the NAVIVA family.

During the most challenging period, many colleagues chose to remain at the company, separated from their own families, working together to maintain the supply of medical products for healthcare institutions fighting the pandemic.

There were sleepless nights.

There were very simple meals.

There were pressures and worries that few people ever knew about.

Yet together, we endured, and we never left anyone behind.

That is why I firmly believe NAVIVA is not simply a business.

NAVIVA is a united team.

A family.

A place where, even in the most difficult times, we choose to stand together.

On this special occasion, I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to every one of you present here today.

Thank you to those who have been with us since the very beginning.

Thank you to those who quietly dedicate themselves every single day.

Thank you to those who chose to stay when the company faced adversity.

Thank you to those who have devoted part of your youth, your passion, and your lives to building NAVIVA.

I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to everyone who has worked at NAVIVA over the past two decades.

Although you may no longer be with the company today, your contributions, efforts, and lasting impact remain an integral part of NAVIVA’s journey.

The NAVIVA of today has been built through the dedication of many generations.

And we will always cherish that legacy.

My heartfelt thanks also go to the families of all our colleagues.

Thank you to the parents, spouses, and loved ones who have continuously offered understanding, support, and encouragement, enabling us to work with peace of mind and remain committed to the company.

If I were asked what NAVIVA’s greatest asset is after more than twenty years of growth, my answer would not be revenue, offices, or warehouses.

NAVIVA’s greatest asset is its people.

It is every colleague who has walked and continues to walk alongside NAVIVA.

Because while a business may be built with capital, products, or strategy,

only people can give it a soul.

Twenty years of Nam Hung Viet.

Twenty-two years of Tuong Khue.

It has been a journey we can all take pride in.

Yet I firmly believe that NAVIVA’s finest days are still ahead.

The most beautiful part of our story is not how far we have come.

The most beautiful part is that throughout this journey, we have never walked alone.

We have overcome hardships together.

Grown together.

Supported one another.

And together, we have written the story called NAVIVA.

I believe the most inspiring chapters of that story are still waiting to be written.

So that many years from now, when we look back on this journey, we can proudly say to one another:

“Together, we built NAVIVA.”
