To celebrate the 20th anniversary of Nam Hung Viet Vaccine and Biological Products Joint Stock Company and the 22nd anniversary of Tuong Khue Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company, two member companies of NAVIVA Group, the ONE NAVIVA Team Building 2026 program was held as part of the Group’s annual company retreat.

The Gala Dinner was one of the most memorable highlights of the event.
The evening opened with a tribute video that revisited NAVIVA’s journey of more than two decades, bringing employees back to the defining milestones that shaped the organization. One of the evening’s most touching moments was the “Light Up NAVIVA” ceremony. As hundreds of phone flashlights illuminated the venue simultaneously, they created a powerful symbol of unity, gratitude, and a shared commitment to the future.

Honoring Those Who Have Grown with NAVIVA
A key highlight of the Gala Dinner was the Long-Service Recognition Ceremony, celebrating employees who have dedicated 5, 10, 15, and more than 20 years of service to NAVIVA.
Each commemorative award represented more than a milestone, it reflected the Board of Directors’ sincere appreciation for every employee’s professionalism, resilience, dedication, and unwavering commitment throughout the years.
In addition to receiving commemorative awards, honorees were presented with cash recognition awards corresponding to their years of service. The award’s grand prize a memorable trip to Europe served not only as recognition of outstanding achievements, but also as a heartfelt expression of appreciation from the Board of Directors to those whose loyalty, dedication, and lasting contributions embody the true spirit of ONE NAVIVA, a united organization that grows stronger together.
