On December 20, 2025, Naviva Group successfully organised an Internal Communications Training session themed “TO TRANSFORM THE MARKET, WE MUST FIRST TRANSFORM OURSELVES”, featuring insightful, practical, and inspiring sharing from journalist Le Thanh Phong.
The training session went beyond knowledge acquisition, creating a space for each employee to reflect on their role, and on how they communicate, connect, and build trust in both their work and within the organisation.
TRAINING REFLECTIONS – A JOURNEY FROM AWARENESS TO ACTION
Following the training, the Company’s Management Board launched a reflection-writing initiative aimed at:
- Helping each employee consolidate the core values gained from the session
- Encouraging personal insights, practical perspectives, and suggestions for improvement
- Spreading the spirit of unity – connection – breakthrough across the entire Naviva Group system
The Organising Committee sincerely acknowledges and thanks all employees for their time and dedication in completing their reflections. Each submission represents a unique perspective – a distinct way of feeling, thinking, and acting – yet all reflect a strong sense of responsibility, professionalism, and a shared commitment to the Company’s development.
